Morgan Lineberry

Meet the Expert

I am Morgan, owner and head coach at BMFP, and I cannot wait to help you with your fitness journey. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in fitness, strength, and conditioning and I also hold the Level 1 CrossFit Certification. My coursework and internship experience focused on athlete development as well as general fitness programs for those of all ages.

Pricing

Monthly membership is $79.99 per month for an individual and includes unlimited class and open gym access. Punch cards are also available. Memberships for married couples and families are available upon request.

Drop-in fee is $10.00 • Drop-in fee is waived if a tee-shirt is purchased.

Functional Fitness Classes

Our fitness regimen is designed to help you do life better. You can expect an hour-long class coached from warm up to cool down. We want to get you in shape, increase your strength, and keep you mobile and functional through each stage of life. Workouts will include cardio elements as well as strength training with an emphasis on moving well. Some movements require no equipment while others will involve barbells, dumbbells, rowing machines, etc. Each day brings a different workout and all movements can be modified to suit any fitness level. A special class for ages 55 and up will be offered 3 times per week. This class especially emphasizes range of motion and functional movements that lead to longevity and increased quality of life.

Sports Performance Training

Available for middle to high school age athletes of any sport who are looking to up their game. This program includes 3 training sessions per week specifically designed for the individual and coached by Morgan. Each individual program will focus on basic athletic development, strength and power production, and will bring in elements specific to the individual’s sports performance needs. Athletes will have available times morning and afternoon Monday through Saturday to come in to be coached by Morgan for their training sessions. If the athlete is unable to attend at these specific times, they may come in during open gym hours to complete their session, however it is not guaranteed that their session will be coached by Morgan.

Personal Training

If the class setting is not a good option for you, we also have personal training available with Morgan or Patricia Lineberry. Patricia is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who loves helping people reach their weight loss and fitness goals. She is excellent to work with one on one, especially if you are on a new fitness journey. Morgan is also happy to work with those of any age group who need personal attention. She has education in fitness for older adults and loves to work with the older population. She can also provide personal sessions for technique specific movements such as the snatch, clean, jerk, toes to bar, kipping pull-up, etc.
